跪求《德国烟草法令》，有翻译中文版更好

英国的烟草广告法令是2002年颁布的，对国际化赛事的法令强制执行的最后期限是2005年7月31日，一位欧盟的执行理事在2002年12月也跟着宣布还有四个国家也可能步英国后尘，法令生效期也是2005年7月31日，不过德国政府对此有保留意见，认为这有点走得太远了。

值得指出的是，各大烟草商并没有闲着，他们已经向高级法庭上诉挑战烟草禁令，烟草商们认为这一禁令和欧盟人权法第10条规定的商业自由有冲突，而且禁令过于严峻，这几乎挡住了烟草商们对产品做宣传的所有途径。参与这次上诉的烟草公司有BAT、帝国烟草(Imperial

Tobacco)、Gallaher, Philip

Morris以及法国的烟草公司Altadis。

如果到了明年7月事情仍无改观，与烟草挂钩的车队老板们以及那些报道F1的公司们就面临大麻烦了，如果他们不想违反法律的话，就只能采取点果断措施和烟草脱离关系，而英国的电视机构也将面临无法播放F1比赛画面的困境，著名的F1频道ITV也只能取消了。
